The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Kalyanpur P. S. Case No. 53 of 2014 (G. R. No. 812 of 2014) registered under Sections 457 and 380 of the Indian Penal code. Regard being had to the complicity of the petitioner which transpired during investigation of the present case, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail is rejected.

However, in case the petitioner surrenders and seeks bail, the same shall be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced in any manner by this order. (Ashwani Kumar Singh, J.) Kanchan/- U T
