2. Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

3. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 789 of 2021 registered for the offence under Sections 302, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

4. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner has got married to the deceased three months before the death of the deceased and the dead body of the deceased was found buried which was found by the police and there is direct allegation against the petitioner for killing the deceased.

5. In view of the serious allegations as mentioned above, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected herewith.
