The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 324, 354(B) and 379 of the Indian Penal Code. For partition of immovable property, an occurrence of assault, allegedly, took place. Wherein allegation is of attempt to outrage the modesty of the female member of the family by the petitioner.

Considering the background and nature of allegation, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two
