The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Shikarpur P.S. Case No. 74 of 2019 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. From the perusal of the seizure list, it is clear that the recovery of 18 litres of liquor is shown from a white coloured car which does not belong to the petitioner, and the petitioner has also no concern with the seized materials. It is also submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
