1. The present petition has been filed for restoration of a writ petition bearing CWJC No.3143 of 2021, which has stood dismissed for default on account of non-compliance of the peremptory order dated 08.08.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that since he was ill, the peremptory order dated 08.08.2023 could not be complied with within time, however, it is undertaken that the same would be complied with, within a period of two weeks from today.

3. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to direct for restoration of the aforesaid writ petition, bearing C.W.J.C. No.3143 of 2021 to its original file subject to the petitioners complying the peremptory order dated 08.08.2023, passed in C.W.J.C. No.3143 of 2021, within a period of two weeks from today.
