Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Begusarai Town P.S.Case No. 613 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 325, 307, 427, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioners, who are three in numbers, and 36 other co-accused persons, is of assault to the informant, his brother, father and others.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that there is no specific allegation attributed against any of the petitioners and 39 persons have been named and against all there

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23380 of 2018 (2) dt.19-04-2018 2/2 is general allegation of assault.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai, in connection with Begusarai Town P.S.Case No. 613 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and further condition is that one of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of the court concerned.
