The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with G.B. Nagar P.S. Case No. 125 of 2020 registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 354, 354(b), 379, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. There is case and counter case between the parties. Further he submits that both the parties have sustained injuries in the alleged occurrence. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the
