2. The petitioner is aggrieved by non-payment of arrears of salary as well as current salary for the work he has rendered as Panchayat Teacher.

3. According to the petitioner, he has an order in his favour by the District Appellate Authority, Buxar passed on 28.02.2017 in Appeal No. 05 of 2016, which has also been affirmed by the State Appellate Authority vide order dated

Patna High Court CWJC No.15074 of 2025(2) dt.15-09-2025 2/2 16.10.2019 passed in Appeal No. 98 of 2019 being preferred by the State.

4. Since the petitioner has a favourable order in his favour both by the District Appellate Authority as well as by the State Appellate Authority, this writ petition is hereby disposed off with liberty granted to the petitioner to approach the concerned Appellate Authority by filing an appropriate application in terms of Rule 16 of Bihar State Teaching Institutions Teachers and Employees (Dispute Redressal and Appeal) Rules, 2020. As and when, such application is filed, the concerned Appellate Authority shall proceed with the matter in accordance with law.
