The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 40 of 2015 registered under Sections 341, 323, 376, 313 and 349 of the Indian Penal Code. Regard being had to the fact that the allegation of rape upon the informant is confined against co-accused Md. Abbesh, the above named petitioners, who happen to be father, married sister, mother and unmarried sister of Md. Abbesh, are directed to be released on bail in the event of arrest or surrender

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13649 of 2016 (2) dt.31-03-2016 2/2 in the court below within four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Mahila P.S.Case No. 40 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
