Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Fatuha P.S. Case No.434 of 2022 dated 20.06.2022, registered for the offence punishable u/s 304(B)/ 302/34 of the IPC, pending in the Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Patna City, Patna.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this application. 4.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn.
