2. From the evidence of the son of the deceased informant in the connected trial, it is clear that the petitioners are not involved in the crime.

3. If such is the case, the petitioners are given liberty to move the Superintendent of Police, East Champaran, Motihari and the I.O. of the case and bring to their notice the relevant facts and grounds for non prosecution of the petitioners.
