Taking into consideration that some other persons had appeared in intermediate examination in place of the petitioners who appear to be beneficiaries of the above stated examination, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners and accordingly, their prayer for anticipatory bail in connection with Supaul P.S. Case no. 69/2015 pending in the court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul stands rejected.

However, if petitioners surrender within four weeks from today and seek regular bail, their regular bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24928 of 2015 (2) dt.16-07-2015 application shall be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced by this rejection order, particularly, keeping in mind that petitioners are students and have no criminal antecedent.
