2. The petitioners are seeking regular bail in connection with Durgawati P.S. Case No. 223 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Excise Act.

3. Allegedly, 246.240 liters of illicit liquor was recovered from a Bolero car of which the petitioner is said to be a driver.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. Nothing was recovered from possession of the petitioners. He has also submitted that the petitioners are

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances especially the clean antecedent of the petitioner, let the petitioners above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Judge (Excise)-II Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Durgawati P.S. Case No. 223 of 2024, subject to the following conditions:- (i) The petitioners shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make themselves available as and when required by the court.
