Petitioner is not named in the first information report but in course of investigation, one gold locket was recovered from the house of the petitioner on the basis of his confessional statement which was recorded in connection with another case. Admittedly, neither petitioner nor the aforesaid locket was put on T.I.Parade. No doubt petitioner carries criminal antecedent of four cases but taking note of the above stated facts as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st class, Chapra in
