Having perused the order, under review, we are of the view that in the facts and attending circumstances of the present case, the review petitioner has not been able to make out a case calling for review of the order.

In view of the above and in the interest of justice, the

Patna High Court C. REV. No.91 of 2015 dt.16-09-2015 2/2 review petition is dismissed.

However, we refrain from imposing any cost upon the petitioner.
