(BISCOMAUN) vs. Central Board of Trustee and Ors.), this writ petition is being disposed of in the term that the petitioner will be obliged to file an application before the BISCOMAUN. In turn, the amount claimed by the petitioner will be verified and attested by the BISCOMAUN and the same will be sent to the Employees Provident Fund Organization for
Patna High Court CWJC No.1837 of 2018(3) dt.08-07-2019 2/2 payment of outstanding Provident Fund amount, in turn, the Employees Provident Fund Organization will be obliged to make payment proportionate to the amount deposited by the BISCOMAUN in terms of the order passed in the aforesaid writ petition viz. C.W.J.C. No. 12393 of 2019 within a period of one month from the date of receipt of application from the BISCOMAUN.
