The petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 12.1.2016 as amended vide order dated 19.2.2016 of the District Cooperative Officer in so far as it relates to the tagging of societies with the rice mill as according to the petitioner, the guidelines have not been followed while carrying out exercise. In my opinion, these decisions are absolutely administrative left best at the discretion of the District

Patna High Court CWJC No.5460 of 2016 (2) dt.28-03-2016 Cooperative Officer. However, if the petitioner is not satisfied with the decision she can take recourse to the remedy available to her under the Bihar Cooperative Societies Act, 1935 and the rules framed thereunder.
