JUSTICE JITENDRA MOHAN SHARMA ORAL ORDER 11-07-2017 Supplementary affidavit has been filed on behalf of the petitioners annexing copy of the compromise arrived at between the parties. Let it be kept on the record. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned A.P.P. for the State.

In this application for anticipatory bail the petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Doriganj P.S. Case No. 15 of 2017/ G.R. No. 402 of 2017 for the offences punishable under sections 341, 323, 324, 379, 307 and 34 of the I.P.C. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that there is case and counter case, both sides have received injuries, the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19051 of 2017 (4) dt.11-07-2017 2/2 injuries received by the informant of this case are simple except one injury on the little finger which is grievous in nature. Now good sense has prevailed between the parties, both parties have filed compromise petition and as such the petitioners deserve sympathetic consideration.

The learned A.P.P. fairly submits that now the matter has been compromised out side the court.

In the facts and circumstances as stated above, the petitioners, in case of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of. A.C.J.M-VII, Chapra at Saran in connection with above mentioned case, subject to the conditions as laid down in section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
