In turn, the amount claimed by the petitioner will be verified and attested by the BISCOMAUN and the same will be sent to the Employees Provident Fund Organization for

C.W.J.C. No. 12393 of 2019 within a period of one month from the date of receipt of application from the BISCOMAUN.
