Petitioner is very much named in the first information report with specific allegation of participation in the alleged crime. Therefore, I am not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner and accordingly, his prayer for anticipatory bail in connection with Raghopur (Rustampur) P.S. case no. 118/2014 pending in the court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur stands rejected.

However, this order shall not cause any prejudice to the competent court at the time of consideration of regular bail application of the petitioner.
