JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI) 19-01-2018 The State's Civil Revision applications, which were Civil Review No. 495 and 496 of 2013, stand rejected. The dismissal order is dated 18.10.2017 by the learned Single Judge. In view of the above development and the pendency of the review applications being the only impediment in consideration of the direction of the learned Single Judge dated 18.10.2011, these appeals now stand disposed of with a direction upon both the State as well as the University that they carry out the necessary exercise as per direction of the learned Single Judge dated 18.10.2011 and complete the formality preferably within a period of three months.
