The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Barauni (FCI) P.S. Case No. 306 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 20, 22, 23, 26 and 27 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

According to the prosecution case, the petitioner was found in possession of 5.5 kg. ganja.

The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected vide order dated 15.10.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 35877 of 2014.

I find no reason to take a different view of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24414 of 2015 (2) dt.24-06-2015 2 / 2 matter. Accordingly, the application is dismissed. Since the petitioner is in custody, the court below is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same as early as possible.
