2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Alamganj P.S. Case No. 835 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. The recovery is of 35 liters of illicit country made liquor from the petitioner.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 08.08.2025 and has three similar antecedents i.e., Alamganj P.S. Case No. 1114 of 2024; Alamganj P.S. Case No. 885 of 2024 and Alamganj P.S. Case No. 458 of 2024, all under Section 30(a) of the Bihar

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case.

6. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

7. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge Excise, Patna City/ concerned Court in connection with Alamganj P.S. Case No. 835 of 2025.

8. At the time of accepting bail bonds of the petitioner, the Court below will verify the above mentioned three criminal antecedents of the petitioner and accept the bail bonds thereafter. If it is found that the petitioner has other criminal antecedents, the Court below shall not accept the bail bonds of the petitioner.

9. The petitioner will also mark attendance in Alamganj Police Station, District-Patna on every Sunday of the month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would
