Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Dumraon P.S. Case No. 312 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner earlier had good terms with the Dumraon Police and used to provide vehicles to them, but for the last few occasion he has stopped providing the vehicle and due to that only he has been implicated by the police in three false cases including the present one. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Dumraon P.S. Case No. 312 of 2017 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
