Apprehending his arrest, the petitioner filed A.B.P. No.500 of 2013 in the court of the Sessions Judge, Sitamarhi. The same was dismissed on 9.12.2013. Hence, this application.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

This Court passed an interim order on 17.2.2014 granting anticipatory bail provisionally to the petitioner. Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, provisional anticipatory bail granted to the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53265 of 2013 (3) dt.09-04-2015 2/2 petitioner by this Court, vide order dated 17.2.2014, shall be treated as anticipatory bail on regular basis and the petition is closed.
