Misc. No. 20678 of 2014, for extending the period of surrender.

The petitioner was earlier granted anticipatory bail, on 20.03.2015, wherein the petitioner was directed to appear, within two weeks, before the Officer-in-Charge, Bheldi Police Station, Saran, in connection with Bheldi Police Station Case No. 108 of 2011, but the petitioner could not appear within the stipulated period. The order, dated 20.03.2015, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 20678 of 2014, is modified only to the extent that the period of appearance is extended by another two weeks from today.

The order, dated 20.03.2015, is modified to the extent as indicated above.
