Petitioners seek bail in a case registered under section 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioners are named in the first information report with accusation that they along with others forcibly kidnapped informant's grand daughter. The informant claimed that the aforesaid occurrence was witnessed by his brother as well as one Budho Manjhi. The alleged occurrence is said to have taken place on 01.08.2014 but FIR was lodged on 13.09.2014, particularly, in the circumstance, when socalled eye-witnesses immediately reported the informant about the alleged occurrence.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that, as a matter of fact, victim eloped with one Mahesh Manjhi.

No.12717 of 2016 (2) dt.28-03-2016 No doubt, victim is still traceless but admittedly, having more or less similar allegation one co-accused Pati Manjhi @ Yatri Manjhi has already been granted privilege of bail by this court. Accordingly, petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Rajesh Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Nawada in Kashichak (Shahpur O.P) P.S. Case no. 58/2014.
