2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s:

(i) for initiation of contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for willful disobeying of the compliance of the order dated 28.03.2024 passed by this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 14243 of 2023 whereby and

Patna High Court MJC No. 3066 of 2024(3) dt.19-09-2025 2/3 where under the aforesaid case was disposed of with an observation that "The petitioner to prefer a fresh representation before the Collector, Sitamarhi within a period of four weeks from today. If such representation is filed by him, the Collector, Sitamarhi is duty bound to take the matter to its logical conclusion preferably within a period of three months from the date of the receipt of the representation."

3. In this case, on 28.03.2024, the writ petition was disposed of directing the petitioner to approach the Collector, Sitamarhi who shall be taking a decision within a period of three months.

4. A show cause has come on behalf of opposite party no.3, the Executive Engineer, Rural Development Works Division, Sitamarhi , according to which, the Collector, Sitamarhi initiated Miscellaneous Case No. 30 of 2024, heard the petitioner in detail and thereafter, passed an order on 22.10.2024 read with memo 2445 dated 04.11.2024 restoring Jamabandi in his name and with further direction to submit his claim so that the compensation amount is paid. The answering

Patna High Court MJC No. 3066 of 2024(3) dt.19-09-2025 3/3 opposite party has been directed to make payment if such document is produced.

5. Pursuant thereto, the petitioner has not preferred any document and the moment, it is submitted, the payment shall be made.

6. In view of the fact that the Collector, Sitamarhi has taken positive decision, now the ball is in the Court and the petitioner is to submit his document before the opposite party no.3, the Executive Engineer, Rural Development Works Division, Sitamarhi who shall be taking the matter to its logical conclusion as undertaken by him in the present affidavit.

7. The MJC No. 3066 of 2024 is disposed of.
