The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Nagar P.S.Case No.17 of 2016 dated 12.1.2016 registered for offences punishable under Sections 386, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

As per FIR, some miscreants demanded Rs.50,000/- from the Shivam Hotel and threatened to murder him and it is also stated in the FIR that they have taken food there but not paid any amount and on demand fired. Petitioner is not named in the FIR and later on his name transpired during the investigation.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that at the instance of the police, he has been implicated . He

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Begusarai in connection with Nagar P.S.Case No.17 of 2016 . With the above direction, this application is allowed.
