2. This application, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, is directed against the order dated 02.09.2013 passed in Trial No.379 of 2013, arising out of Hathouri P.S. Case No.96 of 2011, whereunder the court of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rosera, Samastipur, rejected the application of the petitioners, filed under Section 239 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to discharge them.

3. On going through the impugned order, I find no illegality therein amounting to an abuse of the process of the court for

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54303 of 2013 dt.17-07-2017 2/2 interference with the same in an extraordinary jurisdiction of this Court under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
