The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 27.03.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 17101 of 2018 by which the petitioner was granted bail in connection with Navinagar P.S. Case No. 321 of 2017, pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge -VII-cum- Special Judge, (Excise), Aurangabad and the petitioner was directed to surrender and furnish bail bonds in the Court below within a period of six weeks.
Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that due to typographical error, the alias name of the father i.e. 'Ajay Singh' could not be typed in the cause title of the anticipatory
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28909 of 2018(2) dt.10-05-2018 2/2 bail application of Cr. Misc. No. 17101 of 2018. Considering the submissions made on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the facts stated in support of the same, the modification application is allowed. Let in the cause title of order dated 27.03.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 17101 of 2018, 'Awadhesh Singh @ Ajay Singh' be read as in place of 'Awadhesh Singh' (father's name of the petitioner).
Accordingly, the period of surrender of the petitioner in the Court below is extended for a further period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. The rest of the conditions stipulated in the order will be same. The order dated 27.03.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 17101 of 2018 is modified to the extent as indicated above.
