The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bihta P.S. Case No. 891 of 2016 registered under Section 406 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is that petitioner, being the Assistant Manager in Saija Financial Private Limited, received Rs.1,20,943/- from different customers but the same was not deposed in the company account.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was an Assistant Manager in Saija Financial Private Limited, Bihta, and the amount of Rs.1,21,000/-, as collected from the customers, has already been been deposited by the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.60382 of 2019(3) dt.14-10-2019 2/2 petitioner in the company account on 17.11.2018, which would appear from annexure 2 of the petition.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-I, Danapur, Patna, in connection with Bihta P.S. Case No. 891 of 2016, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
