The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in Makhdumpur (Tehta) P.S. Case No.122 of 2017 instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 353, 307 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code.
As per allegation 5-7 persons boarded on two-three motorcycles came and out of whom, co-accused Karu Yadav resorted firing on the informant with intention to kill him and gave threat for dire consequences. The petitioner was also in the association.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that specific allegation has been made against Karu Yadav.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33700 of 2017 (2) dt.25-07-2017 In such view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly the prayer for bail is rejected.
