2. Supplementary counter affidavit filed on behalf of Registrar, L.N.M.U., respondent no. 3 is directed to kept on record.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner informs that substantial amount of retiral dues, for which the petitioner is entitled, has already been paid to him. However, petitioner seeks to file detail representation before the Registrar, L.N.M.U., Darbhanga for claiming remaining dues along with statutory interest.

4. The Registrar, L.N.M.U., Darbhanga is directed to take steps to ensure payment of remaining dues to which the petitioner is entitled, within a period of four weeks from the date of filing of the representation along with statutory interest from the date of entitlement till the date of payment.

5. With the above observation and direction the writ petition stands disposed of.
