2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be granted liberty to approach the Caste Scrutiny Committee for ventilating his grievance and this writ application be accordingly disposed of.
3. This prayer being made is not opposed by the
Patna High Court CWJC No.90 of 2013(9) dt.18-06-2025 2/2 respondents.
4. Considering the limited nature of prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ application is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the Caste Scrutiny Committee for ventilating his grievance.
