2. Writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to consider and adjust/regularize the petitioner on Class III sanctioned post of storekeeper or any other Class III post in B.S.College, Danapur with effect from 6.8.1981 with all consequential benefits. Petitioner has further prayed for payment of arrears of salary.

3. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be filing an application before

Patna High Court CWJC No.15520 of 2024(2) dt.22-10-2024 2/2 the Vice Chancellor, Patliputra University, Patna (respondent no.4) for his absorption on the post of Class III in the B.S. College, Danapur.

4. In view of the nature of prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, let the petitioner file such application before respondent no.4 within a period of four weeks from today.

5. In the event, such application is filed, respondent no.4 shall look into the matter and dispose of the same by a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law after hearing the parties, preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of the application.

6. Writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid directions.
