ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 10-12-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 16.03.2019, in connection with Chapra Mufassil P.S. Case No. 292 of 2018 for the offences under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not named in the FIR but only on the basis of confessional statement made before the police while he was in custody in connection with Chapra Mufassil P.S. Case No. 444 of 2018. The petitioner was remanded in connection with several cases including the present case and he was made to give a confessional statement before the police. It is further submitted that till date no TI parade has been conducted nor has any recovery been made from him.

Case No. 292 of 2018.
