The petitioners seek bail in a case under Section 47(A) of the Excise Act.

The petitioners are driver and cleaner of the vehicle in which 16000 pouches are being carried.

The petitioners are in jail since 05.03.2015 and they have already remained in jail for more than four months. Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioners, the above named petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, West Muzaffarpur in Sahebganj P.S. Case No. 47/2015.
