The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Barauli P.S. Case No. 304 of 2020 registered for the offence under Sections 363/365 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, the F.I.R. against unknown was registered under Section 363 and 365 of the Indian Penal Code. After recovery of dead-body of the deceased, the investigation progressed and the charge-sheet was submitted under Section 302, 201 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is a neighbour with whom the informant has land dispute. There is no direct evidence against the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 12.05.2023.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-XII, Gopalganj in connection with Barauli P.S. Case No. 304 of 2020. The petitioner would cooperate in the proceeding of the court below. In the event of failure to appear on two consecutive dates, the court below will be at liberty to pass appropriate order including cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner.
