Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Darbhanga Town P.S.Case No.19 of 2019 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 307, 379, 279, 427/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per FIR, petitioner no.1 is said to have assaulted by iron rod, petitioner no.3 has assautled by cricket bat and the petitioner no.2 is also named in the FIR.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that the FIR itself shows that the occurrence took place with respect to dashing of the Scorpio vehicle of the petitioner with

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67051 of 2019(3) dt.23-10-2019 2/2 the Scooty of the informant and due to that they have been falsely implicated in this case . All the injuries are simple in nature except one.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Darbhanga in connection with Darbhanga Town P.S.Case No.19 of 2019, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438

(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
