Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Bochahan P.S. Case No. 389 of 2023 registered for the offences under Sections 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the instant case and there is no specific allegation against the petitioner. Further submission is that there is case and counter case between the parties. Both the parties have sustained injuries in the alleged occurrence.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67716 of 2023(2) dt.19-10-2023 2/2 case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the petitioner, above named is directed to be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of J.M.-1'st Class, Muzaffarpur (East), Muzaffarpur in connection with Bochahan P.S.
