The petitioners seek anticipatory bail in connection with Sri Krishnapuri P.S.Case No. 16 of 2018, registered for offences punishable under Sections 362/366 (A) of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner No. 1 is father and petitioner No. 2 and petitioner No. 3 are brothers and the allegation against the petitioners is of kidnapping the minor daughter of the informant. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that there is no any specific allegation has been attributed against the petitioners and allegation of kidnapping is mainly on son of the petitioner No. 1, they are ready to cooperate in the investigation, if they are granted privilege of anticipatory

Learned A.P.P. opposes the prayer for bail.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances that the petitioners shall co-operate in the investigation, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- ( Twenty five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate- III, Buxar in connection with Dhansoin P.S. Case No. 16 of 2018, subject to the condition that as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal procedure.

With following conditions:- i) One of the bailors of the petitioners shall be a local person having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the concerned court.

ii) The petitioner will not induce any witness or tamper with the evidence.

iii) The petitioner shall co-operate in the investigation of the case and make himself
