The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Excise Case No. 09/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Section 47(A)(F) of the Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that from perusal of the prosecution witness itself, it would appear that the liquor was recovered from the bank of Sone river. The complainant has falsely implicated the petitioner in the case. Name of the petitioner has been mentioned on mere suspicion.
