The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 420, 467 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court by order dated 19.08.2015 vide Criminal Misc. No. 10704 of 2015.

It is submitted that co-accused Munna Sah, Raj Kishore and Hemkant Chaudhary have already been granted bail vide orders passed in Criminal Misc. Nos. 48826 of 2015, 35490 of 2015 and 4884 of 2016. The case of the petitioner stands on the same footing as that of other accused persons who have already been granted bail. The petitioner is in jail custody since

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13809 of 2016 (3) dt.31-08-2016 26.09.2013 i.e. he is in jail custody for about three years. Considering the fact that similarly situated coaccused have already been enlarged on bail, the petitioner above named is also directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge XII, Patna in connection with Sessions Trial No. 936 of 2014 arising out of Ram Krishna Nagar P.S. Case No. 151 of 2013.
