The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 393 of the Indian Penal Code in which later on section 398 of the IPC was added.

The petitioner is not named in the FIR. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner was arrested in another case and he is said to have confessed his guilt. Except the confession of the petitioner no tangible evidence was collected against the petitioner. The petitioner was not put on T. I. parade although he is in jail since 28.02.2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25145 of 2015 (2) dt.21-07-2015 2/2 allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari in Motihari Town P.S.
