At the very outset, it is pointed out on behalf of the petitioners and respondent no. 5 that both parties have settled their dispute amicably outside the court and a compromise petition has been filed which is Annexure-1 to I.A. No. 5751 of 2017 and, therefore, in the aforesaid circumstance, this petition may be disposed of in the light of Annexure-1 to I.A. No. 5751 of 2017.

Therefore, in the aforesaid circumstance, this writ petition stands disposed of in the light of Annexure-1(compromise petition) annexed to I.A. No. 5751 of 2017.
