It appears that in order, dated 26.09.2019, passed in the present case, petitioner was allowed the privilege of prearrest bail in connection with Ghosi P.S. Case No. 171 of 2019, pending in the Court of the Additional Sessions Judge II-cumSpecial Judge, Excise, Jehanabad, but, inadvertently in the fourth line of third paragraph "women" has been typed in place of "man", "her" has been typed in place of "his" and in the last of this paragraph the words "lady as Kanti Devi, wife of late Mungeshwar Manjhi" have been typed in place of "man as Karu Manjhi, son of late Bechan Manjhi". Similarly, in the second line of the fourth paragraph and in the third line of last paragraph the word "her" has been typed in place of "his". As such, in order, dated 26.09.2019, passed in present case the word "women", words "lady as Kanti Devi, wife of late Mungeshwar Manjhi" typed in paragraph third and the word "her" typed in paragraph fourth and fifth be read
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.60929 of 2019(3) dt.21-10-2019 2/2 respectively as "man", as Karu Manjhi, son of late Bechan Manjhi" and "his".
With the aforesaid corrections order, dated 26.09.2019, passed in the present Cr. Misc. No. 60929 of 2019 is modified. The period of surrender of the petitioner is also extended six weeks, from today.
Let this order be communicated to the Court, concerned, immediately.
