Earlier the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners was rejected on 27.07.2022 in Cr. Misc. No.705 of 2022.

The petitioners have renewed their prayer for grant of anticipatory bail with a new ground that the main co-accused, Jitendra Kumar @ Jitendra Mahto has been granted provisional bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 05.08.2022, passed in Cr. Misc. No.18407 of 2022 with a direction to solemnize marriage with the victim girl. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that coaccused, Jitendra Kumar @ Jitendra Mahto has solemnized

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63002 of 2022(3) dt.25-01-2023 2/2 marriage with the victim girl (Annexure-4). It is further submitted that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners.

Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid, let petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (rupees twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Sheikhpura in connection with Sheikhpura (Mahila) P.S. Case No.55 of 2021, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Anjani Kumar Sharan, J) S.KUMAR/- U T
