2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act and Section 414 of the I.P.C.

3. Total 2540.16 liters of illicit foreign liquor has been recovered from a Truck, of which, this petitioner is registered owner.

4. Considering the fact that petitioner is registered owner of the Truck, from which, huge quantity of illicit liquor has been recovered, his prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) anay/- U T
