Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No. 110 of 2017, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 448, 341, 323, 354, 307, 504, 379/34 of the I.P.C. and 27 Arms Act.

It has been alleged by the informant that she and her husband were assaulted by the accused persons as well as the accused persons misbehaved with the informant. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the present case has been instituted on account of one of the accused persons of the present case, having instituted a case against the husband of the informant earlier on 11.02.2017. Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32662 of 2017 (2) dt.13-07-2017 2/2 submitted that the injuries said to have been received by the informant along with her husband are simple in nature and the petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Having regard to the facts and circumstance of the case, I deem it fit and appropriate to direct deem it fit and appropriate to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, let the abovementioned petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender in the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M., Barh at Patna in connection with Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No. 110 of 2017 subject to the conditions enumerated under Section 438

(2) of Code of Criminal Procedure.
